1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using the services provided by Tatvamassi (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services and Estimates

• Scope of Work: We provide professional painting and waterproofing services as described in the project estimate or contract.
• Estimates: All estimates provided are valid for a period of 15 days from the date of issue. Prices may be subject to change if the scope of work is modified by the client or if unforeseen site conditions are discovered.
• Site Conditions: The client is responsible for providing safe access to the property and ensuring that the work area is clear of furniture and valuables unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Payment Terms

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (typically 10-20% of the total project value) may be required to secure your booking and schedule the work.
• Payment Schedule: Payments are to be made according to the schedule outlined in the contract. Final payment is due immediately upon completion of the project and final walkthrough.
• Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest charges or result in the suspension of work until all outstanding balances are cleared.

4. Workmanship and Materials

• Quality Standards: We commit to providing services that meet industry standards using premium materials as specified in the agreement.
• Material Variations: Please note that slight color variations may occur between paint batches or as displayed on digital screens compared to the final physical application.
• Waste Disposal: We will keep the site clean and dispose of project-related waste according to local regulations.

5. Warranties and Liability

• Service Warranty: We provide a limited warranty on workmanship and materials for a period specified in your project contract. This warranty does not cover damage caused by structural movement, water leaks from sources not treated by us, or normal wear and tear.
• Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Tatvamassi be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of the project deposit or a rescheduling fee.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Tatvamassi and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without our express written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
